When you use our services, you trust us with your personal information. Strategic Vision Coaching, LLC (“Strategic Vision Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes that responsibility seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can access, update, export, or delete your information.

This Policy applies to our websites, applications, digital forms, events, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use.

Bottom line: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it as described below (e.g., with service providers, to comply with law, or with your consent).

A. Information you provide

You may give us information when you create an account, complete a form, download content, register for workshops/events, make a purchase, or communicate with us. This can include:

  • Company, role/title, areas of interest

  • Account credentials (e.g., username)

  • Payment method data (processed by our payment processors)

  • Optional profile details you choose to share

Please avoid sharing sensitive information (e.g., health, political views, religious beliefs, sexual orientation). If you choose to share it, we will treat it with heightened care.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Platform we may collect:

  • Log data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, date/time, referring URL

  • Device data: device type, operating system, unique identifiers

  • Approximate location: based on IP or device settings (with your consent)

  • Cookies & similar tech: to operate, secure, and improve the Platform. See “Cookies” below.

C. Information from other sources

With your permission or where legally allowed, we may receive information from:

  • Social sign-on providers (e.g., name/email)

  • Event tools, survey/CRM tools, or referral sources

  • Public sources used to enhance relevance (e.g., company/role confirmation)

2) How We Use Information

3) How We Share Information

We share information only as needed:

  • Legal & safety: to comply with laws, court orders, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

  • Business transfers: if we explore or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • With your consent: when you ask or authorize us to share.

  • Aggregated/de-identified data: that does not identify you may be used for analysis and improvements.

Payments: Transactions are processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; processing is subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy.

4) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and device identifiers to:

  • Keep you logged in and secure your session

  • Remember preferences

  • Measure usage and performance

  • Improve content relevance

You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies, parts of the Platform may not function properly.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above (e.g., providing services, security, legal/compliance, tax/accounting). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continually work to improve our protections. Please keep your account credentials confidential and use a strong, unique password.

  • Access/Update: You can request access to or correction of your personal information.

  • Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message. For SMS, reply STOP. We may still send service/transactional messages.

  • Cookies: Manage in your browser/device settings.

  • Deletion/Portability/Objection: Where applicable law provides these rights, you can request deletion, portability, or to object/restrict certain processing.

8) International Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. We take steps to help ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers consistent with applicable law.

9) AI-Based Recording & Transcription (If Used)

If we record or transcribe coaching calls or events using AI tools (e.g., to create summaries or action items), we will do so for business operations, quality assurance, and record-keeping, and handle such data in accordance with this Policy and applicable law. You may opt out of recording where feasible by notifying us before a session begins.

10) Third-Party Links

Our Platform may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices govern any information you provide to them. We are not responsible for their content or policies—please review those policies carefully.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., by email or a notice on the site). The “Last updated” date shows when the latest changes took effect.

13) Your Rights by Region (Summary)

  • United States (including California): Depending on your state law, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain data uses (e.g., targeted advertising or “sale”/“sharing” as defined by law). We do not sell personal information for money.

  • EU/EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): Where applicable, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict/obj ect to processing, and data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
